D’abord, ce site a pour but de vous présenter mes photographies à travers la galerie.

Vous allez surement vous demander pourquoi un moteur de blog comme Wordpress alors qu’il y a de nombreux outils pour présenter ses photos? Simplement parce que Wordpress offre de nombreuses possibilités que ce soit au niveau des thèmes, plugins, intégrations en tout genre et j’en passe. Aussi parce que ça me permet de partager d’autre contenu que mes photos, c’est gratuit et il y a autour de cet outils une solide communauté pour obtenir tout l’aide nécessaire en cas de besoin.

Passons aux détails techniques:

Vous l’aurez compris la base est donc le moteur de blog Wordpress que vous pouvez trouvez facilement sur le net (Google et ton ami, demande lui). Pour ce qui est du style visuel, j’ai modifier le thème “Modularity Lite” de Graph Paper Press pour obtenir ce que vous pouvez voir en naviguant sur ce site.

J’ai ajouté a ça quelques plugins dont la liste se trouve en bas de page et j’ai intégrer la galerie Zenphoto avec le thème Thinkdreams à l’aide du tutoriel fait par Dean que vous pouvez trouver sur son site. Quelques modifications ont dû être apporter par rapport aux anciennes versions de Wordpress et Zenphoto, mais surtout pour que le style visuel de Wordpress et celui de la galerie s’adapte correctement.

Le site est hébergé chez Toile libre, hébergeur internet à prix libre qui utilise des logiciels libres. Contrairement à certains autres, il ne bloque pas les mises à jour de Wordpress  et de ses plugins et tout fonctionne pour le mieux, du moins j’ai pas eu de souci jusqu’à maintenant.

Si je trouve un peu de temps je détaillerais un peu plus tout ça et certaines “astuces” utilisées. En attendant si vous voulez plus d’infos ou un peu d’aide n’hésitez pas a me contacter.
